HISTORY HAS BEEN MADE FOR NYC’S HORSES. 🐴❤️🗽 The passage of Romanch’s Law (Intro 943) means carriage operations will be phased out by June 2028. The law also includes protections to ensure the horses are safely placed, and not sold into slaughter or another carriage operation!
