My wife had this in her bag, and I honestly have no idea what it is.

Its made of soft silicone, shaped like a small round bulb with a long narrow tip, and it feels hollow inside.
I tried searching Google, but the results are all over the place.
I first thought it might be something related to baby care, but then I started wondering why it would be in her handbag.
