It was inspiring to host the 1st session of the year over the weekend themed around “momentum”.
Learning and sharing from our respective journeys; and hearing how we have so much in common that we can leverage and count on when the journey gets tough.

As the world speeds up, the momentum we often need is the ability to slow down, block out the noise, reflect, recalibrate and focus on the things that truly matter for our growth, health and family. Therein lies the momentum we need.
April 25th 2026 theme would around “impulse”, finding and activating the sudden shifts required for fulfillment and growth.
