Introducing Ox plans — your AI agent’s plans, shared with your whole team. With ox plans, you can: > build plans that live in your team’s shared context > have everyone on the team review them AND leave comments > get your agent to answer every note and update the plan #40X

Loved having @Steve_Yegge at the office today. We demoed our murals, shared notes and talked about where SageOx can take AI teammates next🚀 So psyched for what’s coming. #40X

Always feel so jazzed when @Steve_Yegge comes by for a visit! Super fun day with the whole team doing demos and dreaming of the future we’re building at @SageOx @tensorport443 @rsnodgrass

“We didn’t wait for the models to start building the company this way. We’ve recorded every call since our founding, and each one went into a file in our code repo, next to the code, because we knew one day it would be great context for agents.” Nine months ago, this is exactly the bet we made when we started building SageOx. More below.

For example, when you onboard a new hire, you give them the context they need for the work ahead, not every meeting and decision since day one. That would overwhelm them. An AI teammate needs context the same way, so it can work on the same level as you.

So that’s exactly what we built: the shared context infrastructure for the people and their AI teammates —distilled from everything they say, decide and build. It’s time to go #40x.

Funny enough late last week I was also going to fix a problem that turns out you got to first. With @SageOx there is room for the whole team to proactively fix issues without stepping on each other's toes.

If it was not for @SageOx I would've gone ahead and implemented this and it would've been a duplicate code in the codebase. Now I can see what @laupavel1 is doing and re-use the code. SageOx is not only helping in storing passive context where you have to ask it, it actively looks into what you are working on and brings it up if there's something relevant. What a delightful experience.

We’ve been testing OxCast internally -- It puts our team’s own conversations up on the office screen: what we said, what we’re chewing on, what’s worth remembering. A couple of days ago we were setting up office furniture, the instructions were all wrong, and someone blamed a hallucinating model. Guess Oxy had something to say about that. 🤭 On a separate note, @rsnodgrass that's def something to think about.

Strong opinions about design and taste? Not afraid to tell founders when they’re aiming too low? Love owning everything from strategy to execution? @SageOx is looking for you. 🫣 We’re hiring a Head of Design, in person in SF (or Seattle). Come shape the product, and with it, how humans and agents work together as a team. Link: sageox.ai/careers/head-of-de… #hiring #designer

I reviewed 1000+ job applications. They were the same person. Using AI isn’t the problem. The problem is using it poorly so that candidates sound like everyone else. We’re not hiring an AI agent. We’re hiring a person. Shared some recommendations here sageox.ai/blog/why-did-a-tho…

damn, this murmur feature in @SageOx is kinda crazy. without this I would have to go another round trip to make this. these small things compound and adds to productivity a lot. try it and you will never go back.
