DDM works best for firms that pay dividend. RIM can work for all firms. If a firm pays zero dividend, does that make it valueless for that FY? If I must choose one, I’ll choose RIM.

That’s the best. That’s how all formulae’s were derived to begin with. Nowadays we just cram it but it’s always best to derive formulae’s from understanding. I remember how we derived the almighty formular in secondary school for quadratic equation. It opened my eyes. 😀
