@PCFinancial not sure what happened to your cusotmer service but it has been going bonkers. If you’re going to upsell me and send me a new credit card maybe don’t lock me on activation and block my account.
It’s been 72 hours and all I keep getting is apologies for the inconvenience. If you’re gonna be saying sorry, at least mean it. While I wait for some lazy ass team member in your security team to action some AI would have gotten this done already.
Does the city of Richmond Hill have nothing to do but send their “animal service agents” to stalk my wife kid and dog walking from daycare to our home to tell me we need a dog license. Dog licenses are the stupidest thing I’ve heard of after rain tax.
@WestJet continues to be a shitty airline with horrible customer service that refuse to refund air taxes as part of early cancellation. Something every other airline offers.
@WestJet and that cancellation was due to a 7 hr change you did to our flight ! As a matter of fact. You have made 10 changes to our flights. On top of it your cusotmer service team is rude and hung up on us multiple times when we were inquiring and citing your own t&cs
