The PSA 10 Illustrator Pikachu situation is so interesting. @LoganPaul announced being a co-founder of Liquid Marketplace along with fractionalizing the shares of the card. He has confirmed that 5.4% of the card’s value sold to investors for $270,000. 2 years later, he bought those shares back at the original price. So, investors put $270,000 into his pockets for 2 years with absolutely no return on investment or option to hold their stake in the asset. Later, the card would sell for a historic 16.5 million dollars. Those who had put money into investing in the card saw a 0% gain; a net loss vs inflation. Logan saw a 300% return on his initial 5 million dollar purchase price. Logan still insists he had nothing to do with the fall of Liquid Market or its internal issues. So what was his role as “co-founder”? I think we all deserve to know. The Ontario Securities Commission published its decision last week (Sept 30, 2026) stating that @LiquidMarketpl was guilty of committing fraud and misleading the OSC. Logan gave the fraudulent platform enough visibility to defraud investors of approximately $3,000,000 CAD. Without his endorsement and statement of being a co-founder - LMP, Bahadori and Nikdel would not have had the means to commit these crimes to such an extent. So where is the responsibility? Why did he accept a 300% ROI on his investment but feel the 0% ROI paid out to those who bought shares of his card was fair and made sense? @LoganPaul why shouldn’t those who invested in your card have seen their investment grow alongside the value of the card? Why is he getting away with blocking anyone who brings up the situation? I think every single comment section for his content should be filled with the statement from the Ontario Securities Commission. Logan Paul 2022-04-05: “As a co-founder of Liquid Marketplace…” Ontario Securities Council 2026-09-30: “The Tribunal decided that LMP, Bahadori and Nikdel committed fraud.” Don’t let him get away with this. He co-founded and promoted a company that has now been found guilty of fraud. This isn’t the dismissed CryptoZoo lawsuit. He can’t point to anything other than a guilty ruling on this one.
