Friday morning 5:00 Nolo update: A good development as Hurricane Nolo’s westward turn is projected to happen further south, taking Hawaii Island out of the cone of uncertainty. Wind and rain are still forecasted to be dangerous for the Big Island and potentially Maui County.

Hawaii Island has been riddled with natural disasters this year. Nolo is on the horizon.
The @NWSNHC says former Tropical Depression 15-E, 430 miles SSE of South Point, has a 90% chance to develop into a cyclone within 48 hours. It could bring "life-threatening flash flooding and mudslides for portions of the Big Island and Maui." Prepare, stay alert, plan shelter.
