I see Shave discourse (love that term and how it only applies to our bubble) and I see utter doomerism nonsense. Obviously it’s best to be somewhere in the middle. Issue is those that think they’re in the middle are a lot closer to ungrateful doomerism than they believe.

I think it’s possible we turn it around. Obviously we will have to spend in Jan and that does validate the concerns in the past that we smoke the summer and overcompensate in the winter. I agree it’s annoying. But what can we do? Plenty of ownerships concede defeat. We will not.

We are punching so far above our weight you would not believe it. It borders on a miracle. Just because the 3 Bs look good does not mean our club isn’t a marvel. They can only dream. Hopefully Dougie is bored of Saudi and can come home for a 3rd (4th?) time.
