Building Capacity. Inspiring Change. Stronger teams create stronger learning environments! Samagra Shiksha, Andhra Pradesh, began a four-day residential capacity-building programme for NSCBAV Staff Organisers and ALS Coordinators at Chiguru Children’s Village, Tadepalli. The programme aims to sharpen skills, strengthen coordination and equip participants to make a greater impact in residential education. Day 1 marks the start of focused learning, shared experiences, and new perspectives. The training continues until 16 October. Through this initiative, NSCBAV Staff Organisers and ALS Coordinators will be empowered to strengthen institutional practices, enhance the quality of residential education, and promote the holistic development, learning outcomes and well being of every child. . @EduMinOfIndia
