Wizkid still remains the most respected artist from Africa because he did not pity the poor. He helped the poor as a human but did not bring them close to his circle. The poor will always suck up to the rich mostly because of envy; not because you inspire them. When they begin to taste that fame and wealth, you'd be the first that they will attack and run down. The loyalty of a poor man should not be mistaken for allegiance. If as a rich man you decide to identify with the poor because you want to show the world that you're "humble", you'll most likely regret it. Wizkid has never called out anyone that was instrumental to his rise to fame or wealth. That he doesn't want to identify with the poor or show the world that "we rise by lifting others" doesn't make him an evil person. He is only protecting his peace and see finish. End.
