We need substance not this performative you know what.
I’m disappointed to hear that Brad Bradford welcomed yet another person with extreme views into his campaign.
Divisive MAGA-Trump politics has no place in this election.

Currently listening to closing arguments from the CBC in my $7M+ defamation trial against them.
Their counsel have admitted that the following statements about me (several of which were news headlines) were not true:
"Star UCP candidate who resigned over white supremacist comments also questioned value of Pride parades’"
"Ford lamented that white supremacist terrorists face a double standard compared to Islamic terrorists."
"UCP finds replacement for star candidate who resigned after white supremacist comments"
"White supremacist and homophobic posts force UCP candidates out"
"two candidates have resigned from the United Conservative Party over Islamophobic, white supremacist, homophobic and transphobic messages on social media"
“[Ford] said some things that were really really really hard to defend. Stuff that was quite literally sympathetic to white supremacists.”
"Over the past several weeks, there have been high-profile controversies involving UCP candidates making sexist, homophobic, or racist remarks. Two of those candidates, Caylan Ford and Eva Kiryakos, have since resigned"
And more.

If true, we have passed the slippery slope.
Milton, Ontario:
A mayoral candidate forum was held last Saturday at the Muslim Association of Milton. The event was advertised as “all are welcome” but non-Muslims who attended were surprised when they were told they had to move seats. Seating was segregated by gender in accordance with Sharia Law even though the meeting was held outside of the temple and open to the public.
Andy, as you have said on many other issues, look at the root causes of these movements. Work on fixing those, meaningfully, instead of just criticizing. That may help.
He holds Canadian citizenship & 2 others, just like Carney.
It’s called freedom of speech & thought - kinda like what you exercised with this post.
Please look up the word ‘tolerance’. That might help.
Slicing, dicing & voicing that first past the post is, in essence, illegitimate, is really beneath you, Jason.
“If Quebec can put leaving Canada on a ballot, so can Alberta.”
But the opposite is true.
Alberta *has* put leaving Canada on a ballot, and Quebec will not (at least during this PQ minority government.)
That’s because Quebec has a longstanding democratic principle that something as divisive and consequential as a secession referendum can’t be held without an electoral mandate.
The PQ doesn’t have such a mandate.
It’s clear that they only got 28% of the vote because Quebecers didn’t want to risk another ugly referendum.
Alberta, on the other hand, has decided to hold a secession referendum without an electoral mandate to do so.
In fact, the last time a party sought a mandate to divide us with a secession referendum was in the 2019 Alberta election, when the separatist Alberta Freedom Party got a whopping 0.5% of the vote.
That was followed by another humiliating rejection of Alberta separatists, who contested the 2021 election with their Maverick Party, winning 0.2% of the vote.
BTW, one of the top campaign commitments made by the brilliant @E_Duhaime of the @PconservateurQc (the rising star of the Canadian right,) was to fight hard *against* holding a secession referendum. His rise in the polls at the end of the campaign corresponded with him making his anti-referendum stance the central focus of the Conservative campaign. As Eric said, “Don’t let them separate us from each other with another referendum. Let’s instead be united as Quebecers in working for a stronger and more prosperous Quebec!”
Seriously Canadians, Canada’s democracy is done.
Carney Libs has SHUT DOWN the following Parliamentary Committees - if you even know what that is or what they do, Roddy. And the list keeps growing.
We now have ‘legislate’ by executive (PM) DESIRE alone:
Jason, your arguments are a bit too late to hold any validity.
On October 25, 1993, when the Bloc Québécois won 54 seats (out of 75) & a SEPARATIST party became the official opposition in the CANADIAN Parliament that’s when the demise began.
It’s sadly been a slow process.
Because to call for the secession of three provinces is essentially to call for the end of Canada.
Citizenship is predicated on loyalty. Advocating the destruction of one's country is obviously and profoundly disloyal.
Why would you maintain the pretence of loyalty to a country whose destruction you seek? To do so may be legal, but it is both incoherent and dishonourable.
Hey guy,
Elon is a Canadian citizen. He gets to say what the fuck he wants. Just like you & me.
You’re a poster boy for intolerance & freedom of speech being limited to what you alone believe.
Now do the same post about many Quebecers & Albertans cuz in your world it applies.

In the case His Majesty the King in right of Alberta v. Prabjot Singh Wirring, Alberta’s highest court ruled that requiring a lawyer to swear an oath to the King in order to be admitted to the bar was unconstitutional.
The case is now pending before the Supreme Court of Canada.
‼️JUST IN: Quebec’s premier-elect is moving to BAN the King’s representative from his government's swearing in ceremony - refuses to take oath to the King.
Paul St-Pierre Plamondon said he is seeking legal advice so the lieutenant-governor does not take part in the swearing-in of MNAs.
He refuses the oath to the King, calling it a lie as his first act in the legislature.
“There is something abnormal about a foreign king coming to tell us what to do,” he said.
I love this. Get these foreign kings out of here.
The power belongs to the PEOPLE.
Finally, someone has the courage to just ACT. No more asking, just DO IT.
Not sure you want to re-elect a Premier that clearly suffers from Rumplestiltskin Syndrome.
