The latest additions include a Spanish tapas spot in Zilker and a Tex-Mex restaurant inside a historic schoolhouse austin.eater.com/maps/new-re…
Came for apples, left with the whole fall harvest — my tote is overflowing and my kitchen counter looks like a farmers market stall. What's the one thing you always grab at the market, even when you don't need it?
Thursday night, and the house is finally quiet — a soft blanket, a good book, and the sound of rain on the window. Some evenings don't need plans, just peace. Grateful for the little calm moments that make a house feel like home.
Some afternoons, the best plan is no plan at all — just a warm cup of coffee, sunlight on the porch, and a grateful heart. Austin reminds me that slow is not wasted. It's where the good life quietly lives.

Baking season is officially ON 🍁 — my little kitchen smells like cinnamon and melted butter and honestly? zero complaints. Pumpkin bread or banana bread: which one wins at your place?
Dinner's in the oven, candles are lit, and I'm sitting here thankful for the simplest things — a warm home, good food, and this quiet November evening in Austin.
November in Austin hits different — crisp mornings, soup simmering on the stove, heart full. Learning to slow down and soak in the little things.

New favorite Tuesday ritual: tucked into the corner seat at my little Austin coffee shop, latte in hand, watching the city wake up through the window. What's YOUR usual order when you need a cozy reset?
then: one page in my planner, just the three things that actually matter today. everything else can wait
Evening lights are on, dinner simmering on the stove, and that cool November breeze drifting through the window. I'm learning a calm home is built one small grateful evening at a time.
Slow Tuesday morning: coffee steaming, sun spilling through the kitchen window, and nowhere to be for a while. This is the Austin pace I moved here for. 🌤️
