lady we're playing probably what is top 3 teams in the world right now in their own stadium where we usually get dismantled and somehow equalise right at the death to stay level on points. OFCOURSE IM CELEBRATING
gotta hand it to him man he really experimented Gadou at RB and benched our only proper RB to try out a completely new formation and tactic against BAYERN out of all teams and actually pulled it off.
Niko Kovac:
"We pressed Bayern much higher up the pitch using a back four. That meant we had an extra player in midfield. We did that really well in the first half. Of course, we had to keep up with the full-backs’ deep runs, as they kept getting in behind us. We managed that well, particularly in the first half. In the second half, Bayern put us under a lot of pressure – and, of course, you need a bit of luck in Munich. My team gave their all here for the full 90 minutes. In my view, the point is well deserved."

Niko Kovac:
"Wherever I work, I always leave my heart there. That’s just the way it is. Sure, I’m an employee. But I think you can see – I hope you can see – that we identify fully with BVB here, that we give our all every single second we’re here. It’s incredibly important to us, that’s for sure. I had some wonderful moments at Frankfurt, and here too. What we’re still aiming for, of course, is to lift a trophy. We’ll have to work hard for that; we’ll give it our all, and may dear God help us there too."
