The schools that don’t sponsor men’s soccer need to worry about who and what they support, not men’s soccer.
Put the student-athletes first.
With about one week left in the effort to rescind the D1 men’s soccer model, please read my updated statement below.
Paul, on behalf of all of @NCAASoccer , I want to THANK YOU for your unwavering support and coverage of the college game!
Your leadership and dedication at Soccer America magazine contributed greatly to the relevance and significance of all of college soccer. 🙏🏻

So excited to watch former @MarylandMSoccer great @maelcorboz94 lead his team in the German Cup Final!
Huge congratulations to one of our all time @MarylandMSoccer greats @TaylorTwellman on his graduation today 25 years after he left campus as a sophomore to do great things in soccer! I am so proud of you for your focus, pride and persistence in finishing what you started! 👏🐢⚽️
It started in 1998 where I made the decision to be a student-athlete @UofMaryland with @MarylandMSoccer @terpsbaseball @umterps being my home. It finishes in 2025 thanks to @SashoCirovski motivating me to finish my college story. So many twists and turns yet I wouldn’t change a single road I took to get here. Today I graduate and proud to be a 🐢 for life.
Go Terps!!!!
