Fast fact: we do not have set adoption fees for cats - pay whatever you like!
We currently have *35* cats ready to go to new homes.
You did the right thing, Stacey. Thank you for taking the initiative.
Unfortunately the SPCA did not receive funding for animal protection work this year from the province, so we no longer have staff who can respond to these calls.
Called @SaskatoonPolice non-emerg at 20:08 about two dogs locked in a car on a 24 degree day. At 20:37 the couple showed up but the cops never did. Do not be shitty humans leaving animals in cars. What can be done in this situation when Animal control & @SaskatoonSPCA are closed?
We do forward all calls regarding animals in distress to the right agency, so please do call us if you need support. On weekends and evenings it is our understanding that @SaskatoonPolice will respond to these incidents.
An exciting day in the office today as the Kudos Cloth was handed to a new recipient. Nea takes over ownership of the ancient garb in recognition of going above and beyond in her work (as well as being a pretty cool individual). Thank you, Nea!!
So are we! She's real a sweetheart.
Considering building a second storey just so we can install this.

They might look like an unlikely pair, but don't tell Frannie she's not little Wilma's mom. She's doing everything she can to help the puppy have a better start to her life after being abandoned at the @SaskatoonSPCA.

The SPCA is fortunate to have some truly amazing humans on our team. Periodically we pass on the 'Kudos Cloth' to a member who has stepped up their game and made a difference. Congrats to Mac, seen here with the sacred garb. #AncientTraditions
