This is the only post you'll need to start sourcing A2A (Amazon to Amazon) without spending money on any new tools. A2A is the process of buying product from Amazon and turning around the reselling them for a higher price back on Amazon. I have spent almost $1,000,000 doing this and here is how you can start today. We are going to leverage the Keepa Deals section. To find this area navigate to Keepa and click deals in the top toolbar. You'll be presented with a number of filters, here is what each one does and how to use them to source some products. First we need to choose our deal type. This will change how Keepa decides what type of price drops to show us. For instance if we choose "new" then Keepa will use the lowest "new" price on a listing as its determining factor. We can also focus on Buy Box price, or even just the price Amazon is selling the product for. I recommend starting with either Buy Box or New. (This is also how you can find some killer warehouse deals) Next we need to choose over what time period we want Keepa to report on. This is going to take the average price over this drop interval and compare it to the current price to find the difference. You will get different results depending on what you choose here so play around to find what feels best for you. This is our most important filter set, so bear with me. The drop percent range is how we will filter what % drop the product must have (over our decided time period). So if we choose 60% and 1 week we will only see products that are currently 60% cheaper right now vs the average price they have been over the last week. Drop range is how big or small the product price drop can be, I recommend setting the minimum to $5 and the maximum to the most it will go. Price range is the current price point of the item. This will be up to you to decide how much you're willing to spend on a product. Sales rank range is just that, what is the maximum sales rank you're willing to see. The bonus filters are the bottom are important if you want to say only see the products at their all time low, products where Amazon is not in stock, or even if the product has reviews. From here you'll click load and see: Now you can look through the products shown and make some buying decisions! Some notes: Keepa will not auto refresh so you will need to reload the page every now and then to see new products. You can get shadow banned if you refresh too often. Products that fit your criteria and then sellout will disappear from your results, so if you don't see a ton based on your filters it doesn't necessarily mean they are a bad set, it could mean all the good items sold out already. If you do see something good that is now sold out you should 100% add it to your keepa tracker to updates on the next restock. I hope this helps! Shameless plug that if you want to learn more about A2A or get access to some cool tools to help make this even easier they are available in @thebuyboxio, however this method above will absolutely allow you to source and profit from A2A with a bit of effort. Let me know if you have any questions in the comments and I am happy to help.

Talking TCG again for a second: The One Piece graded market is in an absolute free fall. Some cards down 75% from June. Will it continue? Is there a catalyst for it to bounce? I’m sure some folks out there are confident and scooping up specific cards at the new lows.

An excerpt from this users final post (made after this one) “Another thing I realized is that I spent too much of my life waiting. Waiting for the right time, waiting for the right feeling, waiting for things to get easier, waiting for fear to fade. But life doesn't wait. It keeps moving. It doesn't pause for you to gather courage. It doesn't slow down because you are confused. Sometimes by the time you understand this, it's already too late. I wish I had taken more risks. I wish I had let myself be more open, more honest, and more brave. I wish I hadn't waited so long to say the things I needed to say.” While the entirety of these posts are worth digesting, different pieces will hit you. That quote above is it for me.
i read this at least once a month.

Would you sell? You think we are nearing the vintage top? Clear it’s being pushed by gambling, lots of similar examples. Would you let them go this Q4 or keep holding? Serious question for folks smarter than me.

We have officially started testing the integration of @Lemmebuyit_ into @FlipAlert Every price drop we capture (roughly 2,000,000 a month) is now checked against 110 retail stores by UPC. The goal is two fold: 1. If amazon is matching a sale we want to find it. 2. FBA / FBM items that are profitable at retail pricing. Goal is to get this live in our existing profitable flips modules shortly. After that it rolls out to our new leads vault where you can store up to 2 million leads across any store and we will monitor both amazon and the retailer for changes so you know when it becomes profitable or worth sending in. It’ll continue to get better as we find the right path that makes sense for everyone. User feedback as always is the fastest way we continue to enhance the experience.

Well I have some wild numbers to share. Over at @FlipAlert based on the issues in my previous post we made a tool to help users find overcharges on shipping. We ran it and the data is staggering. Total shipping chargebacks by year across all users: 2023: $81.72 2024: 453.87 2025: $839.58 2026: $35,758 Same users, real data from Amazon reports, an insane +10,674% increase from 2025 to 2026 over the same time period. Working on a playbook on how to get these reimbursed based on my own feedback, hopefully we can get users made whole again, myself included.
For my Amazon FBM Sellers: In the last 60 days we have seen a massive uptick in Amazon adding shipping charges after shipment. Some of these items we have sold before paying $24 a label are now being upcharged to $50 a label. Started in August and continues into October. All shipping purchased through seller central, is adding 7% to the total label costs this year. Opening tickets now, but to check this yourself: sellercentral.amazon.com/man… Then look for "Chargeback due to under charging postage label purchased" You can also grab your entire year report and send it to your LLM of choice to see the full damage.

In my series to help resellers think outside of the box. At one point Urban Outfitters was my number one source of Vinyl Records to sell on Amazon. Physically locations had a section and dozens would end up on sale / clearance. $5-10 into $35-$60 You can source and do very well at conventional stores. You can also find lots of great inventory at stores you may not be thinking about. Worth a stop in at different stores at your local mall to get a better sense of what they sell. Then do the same at strip malls, etc. One Black Friday years ago I only sourced at CVS / Walgreens for toys 🤷‍♂️

$200,000 reimbursed in 11 days. Passed our latest milestone, almost 7,500 of you have given @FlipAlert a shot and that just is a bit unreal. Quite a few improvements over the last month on how our sourcing and reporting modules work. From cutting down 90% of private label items in our flips section to enabling clear P&Ls and replenishment reports. What’s next? We’ve been beta testing the FA mobile app and chrome extension to release soon. Both built over the last 13 months on features we’ve always wanted. More to come there. New modules? Lead tracking backed by both FAs amazon modules and @Lemmebuyit_ for up to date retail pricing on millions of items you’re monitoring so you know exactly when to purchase or replen. Two new sourcing systems focused on Amazon directly ahead of Q4. On a personal level I’ve been spending time away from screens more in prep for November. I appreciate everyone who keeps giving us a shot at helping your business grow or thrive. Wouldn’t be able to do this without the folks who use FA every day.
Quietly nearing $4,000,000 reimbursed for Amazon sellers through @FlipAlert No extra cost and no fees. We’ve also continued to upgrade reporting, analytics, cashflow, P&Ls, and more.

Folks starting to share how they did. The prime only deals were great, sadly we couldn’t buy them for A2A. However a ton were matching or matched across retailers like Walmart. This sale was mainly consumables and toys for me. Mix of items going back up now and short holds for December pricing. For example I purchased over 1,000 packs of Pur gum. Amazon happened to be matching Walmart across various bundles. So a 12 pack became $10 down from $35+ Recently some food sellers that do TikTok live have joined us at FlipAlert and I know they grabbed those kind of deals as well. Surge of new markets it’s become more interesting to look at deals across multiple platforms. Not everyone is going to spend tens of thousands but it isn’t for a lack of opportunity. I’m still thrilled when I snag 3 of something and can make $60 🥹
Morning! I was asleep but it was a good day to be up early, or I suppose stay up late. Currently seeing about 3x the deal volume so far with many retailer matches. Hopefully Amazon can continue the pace and beat out previous sale days.

I don’t and can’t condone using multiple amazon accounts to get around quantity limits, it’s just unnecessary risk on your seller account. But man there are some deals today I’d buy 10,000 of in a heartbeat and all I could get was 300-400. Day two of prime day is showing up a bit more than day one for me personally. Still seeing over $500,000 in spend in one day from the @FlipAlert folks is 👑 Lots of Amazon to Walmart happening this year, more than I recall on previous sales.

With prime days about to begin we have made a substantial improvement to how @FlipAlert handles lead filtering. As of last week we have cut over 90% of all private label products from our profitable flips modules. This isn’t a setting our users turn on, we simply are filtering them out before they ever get to analysis stage. We have also added one click buttons for members to block brands that come into their feed they never want to see again. No more fiddling with tasks or copying keywords. This ensures every lead you see regardless of your filters is worth your time to review and purchase. Making your decisions faster and valuing your time from the second you turn on the task. Happy prime days and happy sourcing 🫡

Last night, sales went live at a big-box retailer and we were able to deploy $50K in just a few hours. 🤯 Tonight, Prime Day goes live and I’m expecting some incredible opportunities. @FlipAlert has quickly become a huge part of our operation. Not only is the software handling our reimbursement workflows, but it’s also surfacing some insane A2A and A2W flips. You’d be surprised how many retailers Amazon price matches during these major sales events. 👀 If there’s one thing I’ve learned over the years, it’s that diversifying your sourcing methods is a must. Relying on a single category, retailer, or sourcing strategy puts your entire business at risk. The more ways you can find profitable inventory, the more opportunities you’ll have when everyone else is fighting over the same deals. More capital deployed. More opportunities found. More money recovered. Don’t sleep. 😴 Q4 is officially heating up. 🔥

An example of why as an Amazon to Amazon seller you’ll want to be aware of both the general public pricing and business pricing. 4% ROI on personal accounts 65% ROI on business accounts Same product just different price drops depending on how you’re signed in.

Still isn’t lost on me that we have agents in our pockets 24/7 that can just handle things. I stole a page from git and have been prioritizing playbooks. They fall into SOPs, references, run books, etc. If someone has a question in slack and it can’t be answered in a sentence, that then turns into a playbook. Skill runs and collects the question + answers. Takes screenshots of the process or output, creates both steps but often fully usable micro tools. Goal is hundreds of them that answer everything from how to process a return to how our current creative funnel works. They live on the dashboard that the team has access to, they get auto updates as items change along the way. This example below now lets you put in any sku and see a live price list across two of our FCs, so we know which to ship from for one/off use cases. The team at @thebuyboxio has started doing this now as well and will have hundreds of playbooks ready soon. If you’ve ever made a loom, a google sheet, or explained something somewhere you already have the foundation for this. Point your LLM at it and generate easy to follow books for your team to reference. Can hookup Gmail or slack and ask what question / answer gets repeated the most?

I’m a small fish on eBay but nearing $10k in the last 30 days from random Amazon flips. +$56.20 on this sale yesterday in under a week. Is each buy replenish-able? No Can I string together enough consistently to pay my mortgage? Sure You’ve got sellers doing a million a month buying clearance and close out items. No one method or model is best, just find something that you can get better at and be consistent. One that fits your life and interests. Then expand from there if that’s what you want to do. Every time I open X lately it’s a post about how some model wont work or that people are wasting their time. What’s cool is that everyone can have an idea and then act on it, that what you want to do is likely possible if you iterate enough, and that we each have our own metric of success. Also, be okay being wrong. Opinions are cool but so is changing them when new information enters your world. Nobody knows everything and honestly I have entered this phase of my life professionally by acknowledging I know so very little. Position yourself around other people who spend their time doing things you don’t, then be open minded to their experiences and ideas. Do your best to leave the ego out of it and embrace the idea we can all learn and help each other at any level.
