Excellent work by the @IWA1895 and thank you to all the fan donations that made it possible. Replicas of the Pals Batallion badge are available at the IWA shop shop.ironworksalliance.com/p… with all proceeds going to the @PoppyLegion ⚒️

Today's Championship fixture against West Bromwich Albion will be preceded by a period of silence in honour of all those who gave their lives in service to their country.
You can read more about the 13th (Service) Battalion - aka the 'West Ham Pals' - here.

Well done to @IWA1895 tomorrow for their latest banner, looking forward to seeing it ⚒️ Put this together for them and anyone who wants a copy I’m happy to email it over
Some @IWA1895 folk have gone down to the stadium today, to prepare the banner for Saturday's game. I've just seen a sneak peek and it looks tremendous.
Thanks again to all who purchased a badge to fund the display, to the volunteers giving up their time for free, and of course to Geo Law, the amazing illustrator who drew the artwork for us.
"When you go home, tell them of us and say, for your tomorrow, we gave our today"

Well Done @IWA1895 👏👏👏⚒️🇬🇧

This Saturday vs West Brom, we will be proud to unveil our self funded, designed and organised "West Ham Pals" display, honouring the men who served and sacrificed so much.
For this fixture, we've made the decision not to distribute flags in the BML. On a normal matchday, the flags are a big part of what we do, but with the importance of remembrance day and the tribute being paid, we feel it's right that the focus remains only on honouring those men.
The "West Ham Pals" were never given a parade. We hope our display does justice to their memory, and we hope everybody in the stands takes a moment to reflect on the sacrifices made by those who came before us.

Love this. Got my badge today, too

This was a tasty away end
On this day in 2004 West Ham were beaten 1-0 by Chelsea in a League Cup 4th round tie at Stamford Bridge with 41,774 in attendance.
The lasting memory from this match was the penalty save by @jimmywalker001

I had always assumed that Harry Kane wouldn’t get near the Ballon d’Or because he lacked the PR to beat the superstars that he was up against.
His numbers, longevity and overall game are so deserving of it. Top man. 🫡
Dan always talks a lot of sense, so I'll be giving this a listen:

Funny to read Karren Brady use her column to criticise Tim Steidten. If only she’d been in some kind of position to do something about it at the time!

Shit performance, shit defending, shit effort, shit roof.
Absolute fucking waste of time.

🚨| Supporters travelling to London Stadium today, are advised that c2c services are being severely disrupted following a freight train derailment at Barking yesterday.
Services are expected to remain affected throughout the weekend, with no trains serving Dagenham Dock, Rainham or Purfleet. Supporters travelling via c2c should allow extra time for their journey and check the latest service information before setting off.

@WestHam are running a completion for kids to design a flag for use at future games. If the kids are bored this half term, get the pens and pencils out and get involved!
