If you're a designer, you probably don't need another bookmarking app. 👀
As creatives, we need more than just saving links.
More than just capturing an image we thought looked cool.
We need to see the visual context, add notes about why we saved it, organize findings on boards, present inspiration to clients, collaborate with our team, and actually find things again later.
That's why we exist.
A creative space for turning inspiration into knowledge. 📚
Save websites, interactions, images, files, ideas and more, and turn everything you collect into something you can search, understand, reuse, and build on.
Your inspiration shouldn't just be saved. It should stay useful.
📚 save.design
We gave Claude landing page refs, and one site's orange took over every page.
Arrows clarified the role of each reference in the design direction.
With MCP, Claude can read your Save Design boards, including the arrows and connections between references.

Three websites. Three different setups. The same animation tools.
One runs on Webflow, one on Nuxt, and one uses no framework at all. All three use GSAP and Lenis.
The sites are in the Save Design library 👇

The sites:
Paragon by @agencyjuice
Sidejob by Josh Chant
Chande Bootcamp by @lumen___studio, designed by Kaixa.
This 3D cube is built from flat cards 🃏
Scroll Ario's homepage and watch two cubes rotate: one made of five flat cards, the other of five photos. CSS transforms position the cards, while GSAP animates both cubes as you scroll. No WebGL needed.
Site by Ira Gritsay, Igor Veremsky and Anna Tashkinova for Ario, a law firm in Kyiv:

A screenshot can't show your client how an animation feels.
Instead of writing “imagine it moving,” send them clips of the real thing.
We collected motion references you can actually watch in Save Design 👇

The torn-paper menu is from @niccolomiranda's portfolio.
Also in the folder: Mé Collective, Bulbs by Simon Dupety, The Corner & Co., Per Appelgren, the Creative Reference Library and Mathilde de Chiara.
What does a screenshot miss about 92% of award-winning websites?
We analysed 682 sites to find out what happens beyond the first frame, and traced how web design learned to move from 2010 to today. You gotta love that. 👀
The results challenge what we think a screenshot can tell us.

When the makers of award-winning websites say where an idea came from, it’s rarely another website.
We read 629 Awwwards case studies and write-ups. Of the 149 sources named, 44 were print and graphic design, 20 film and TV, and 14 websites.
POV: you found a design-focused platform for your design inspiration, and now you can just type what you remember and find it 🕵️♂️
Save Design lets you search your references by what's actually in the design.

Open this site in December and it starts on snow.

The liquid metal is Paper Shaders by @paper, on Adam Perlis's site (@AdamPerlis). The page transitions run on Barba.js (Cyphr's site, by Holographik) and Swup (Quang Dinh's portfolio). It names shadcn/ui now too.
