Hello Scale Summit fans! You may recall that we'd intended to run Scale Summit 2020 in March last year. Because of covid, we postponed, it and eventually replaced it with an online event in October.
It takes a few months of planning to sell sponsorship and bring everything else together, and we want to make sure we run a safe event. We plan to keep an eye on the rate of post-xmas covid infections in January then make a call on a ~May event from there.
We've finished up the accounts for Scale Summit 2020. With funds left over from sponsorship, and donated proceeds from ticket sales for the cancelled in-person event, we've been able to donate £2,373 each to @CodeYourFuture and @codingblackfems, organisations doing excellent work
If you attended Scale Summit earlier this month, please check your email for an update, and for a link to our post-event survey. It was our first online event and we'd love to hear what worked for you, and what didn't.
Catch up on Scale Summit 2020 content on our YouTube channel youtube.com/playlist?list=PL…
In case you missed it, or you'd like to watch again, the videos for the Scale Summit 2020 talks are now online at youtube.com/playlist?list=PL… (the Q&A and Panel sessions will follow in the next week).
