WOW. Manager of Gosport Wetherspoons states it’s ‘Company policy’ to not allow anyone in with a Remembrance Poppy on as it ‘could be political’
I can’t believe what I just heard from our nations biggest pub chain.
Veterans wearing a poppy are banned from Wetherspoons.
One way to teach your children about socialism/communism would be to take all their Halloween candy away from them. Tell them that even though they did the work to get the candy, the parents (government) can tell you to give it away to others who don't have candy and never did the work. See how that goes over.
