A pre-listing repair list can include several very different jobs.
For Realtors and homeowners it helps to give each contractor a clear request:
• Where is the work needed?
• What should be repaired, replaced or left as it is?
• What access or occupancy details matter?
• Are there photo, showing or move-out dates to discuss?
For example, “repair the loose boards on the back steps; keep the existing handrail” gives a contractor a clearer starting point than “fix the porch.”
The homeowner can use ScopeMatch to organize the project details, review local contractor profiles and decide whether to connect. A contractor may still need a site visit before pricing the work.

The NSA is telling American companies to take production systems offline. The AI-era of cybersecurity has fully arrived.
Effective Immediately, all organizations using PHP for their systems are advised to be prepared for an update addressing two critical vulnerabilities. PHP is widely used for web applications. These vulnerabilities often provide a direct path to the server's file system or database. If an immediate update is not feasible, it is recommend that organizations take the system offline until it can be fully mitigated. NSA will follow up shortly with more specific guidance.
