5/ Every always-on agent has to answer three questions: - Where does it run when you're not looking? - Who can see the context it watches? - How fast can it act in the world around you? A distant data center is the weakest answer to all three.

2/ Meta launched Muse on Sep 8. Within two weeks it passed ChatGPT on the US App Store free chart. At Connect, Meta put it on glasses and a pocket device called Muse Charm. The agent is the product. Hardware is just where you reach it.
