Encouraging words really matter.
To the biker 🚴 guy on the @JMUOffcial campus this afternoon on my "run":
You slowed down to tell me "They say a body in motion is a body that stays in motion. Keep it up, brother!"
In response, I barely mustered a thumbs up and a "you too!" (I'm sure it was louder in my head than what my lungs could actually put forth).
You have no idea the wind that put in my sails. I'm just back from a whirlwind international trip and my brain is sloshing around in my skull. My ears are more plugged than usual. Your taking the time to give just that little assist got me home.
Encouraging words really matter. Thank you 🙏🏼
Networking Field Day #nfd41 from @TechFieldDay was rich and information-dense, and @nokia brought an excellent briefing on their move to "drink their own champagne". Their IT leaders walked us through what they needed to do: migrate the network to deliver rock-solid data center networking infrastructure.

If you are thinking about inserting the right determinism in #networkautomation (and any other) workflows, this pod with @adamhjk and @CTOAdvisor is a must-listen. It just makes sense. Time to #swamptimize
Had a great time talking with @CTOAdvisor about building deterministic systems with AI. We go deep into how we use AI agents to build the systems by which the agents themselves build and manage their own behavior.
The more time I spend building on this frontier, the more people I discover who are converging on similar patterns. @CTOAdvisor (and many others) get to the same conclusions naturally - it's not just use AI to run the process, it's use AI to build the system that produces the outcome.
