Today marks 10 years.. But this place and it’s people are never far from my thoughts. Thinking of everyone today and proud of what the city and community has overcome. @ Kamaishi, Iwate instagram.com/p/CMQPAT_n3Qx/…

今ある当たり前に感謝。
9年前に目の前で起きた地獄から考えたら、今のコロナ騒動もきっと乗り切れるはず。

The team at The Dock are supporting the Smith Family via a GO FUND ME page. They have experienced tremendous loss off the back of the recent fire disaster in NSW. If you’re in a position to donate, please do.. gf.me/u/xckhcw

Best way to describe #Kamaishi - a mix of Cornwall & Wales.
Great coastline, super seafood & tough friendly people who work land & sea & who really love #rugby.
Will be a great atmosphere there for #RWC2019

Unreal career for this fella. As good a team man as you'll ever find and a great player as well. Every success in the future mate. Brumby for life.
