Status update: we started reaching out to people affected by yesterday Ebisus issues, and happy to say that we got approximately +10% already taken care of
Both CRO refunded and NFTs returned to rightful owners
We are sharing the list of affected wallets; some people who received the NFTs might not even know they got them. So if you did lose an NFT yesterday, please do reach out to us, and we'll try to sort it out asap!
Me and part of core team, we landed in Amsterdam, once we settle in we will get back in the trenches to expedite anything that requires attention
The last 24 hours reminded me again how important is to build in public, despite the pressure and the dramas, this is the build way I choose to adapt and today it confirmed that its the right way
We will def. take the learnings from this experience, strengthen ourselves even more, and push harder than ever to deliver top-notch products for you.
Wolfies to million eyes, starting in Amsterdam ♥️

For the people who woke up with NFTs and lost CRO
We are refunding 100% of the CRO for the return of the NFTs to the previous owner
Please do reach out to me, @hajedan, or the Wolfswap Discord in order to accommodate the exchange
Appreciate everyone's support during this unhappy event.
We will definitely come back stronger!
EBISUS BAY WISE (@EbisusBay): We turned off the offer service after noticing the issue, within 13 minutes after we saw the exploit on OFFERS happening, **and we can confirm that other services and products are NOT affected. **
In total, there were 252 NFTs that were affected by this, with a total value of 53000 CRO
FULL LIST OF AFFECTED NFTS HERE:
docs.google.com/spreadsheets…
We are assessing and deploying a fix now, and we will share the next steps
Thank you for your patience and understanding!
What happened: an old version of the contract, older then what we audited when Ebisus was aquired was still deployed for the collection offers when we got the contracts handed over, had a single line check missing that allowed the exploiter to accept offers and keep the CRO. The NFTs were transferred from one wallet to another, with the exploiter getting the CRO. A total of 53000 CRO was taken
The wallet where the funds went: 0x9ff0098f30e0f14434a1dbed109edabc7e7b8499
If anyone finds any relevant information in the above wallet, please do DM me or open up a ticket

If you get an on-site notification from Ebisu's Bay, don't panic, and don't ignore it
It's the team reaching the wallets affected on Nov 3, through WolfSWAP and Ebisu's Bay notifications
The returned NFTs go back to their rightful owners, and bidders who return one get 100% of their bid back in CRO
No need to wait for it. Open a ticket in the Ebisu's Bay Discord: discord.gg/ebisusbay
Every affected wallet and every completed refund and return, tracked live: docs.google.com/spreadsheets…
And nobody from the team will DM you first. Nothing to sign, nothing to send.
ALT Notification from Ebisu's Bay explains a contract flaw affecting NFTs, assuring refunds and instructions for users to open a Discord ticket.
ALT Instructions for opening a ticket to retrieve NFTs or refunds in CRO, with a Discord link and assurance of privacy.
If your wallet was affected on Nov 3, look out for an on-site notification from us
Our plan: the returned NFT goes back to its rightful owner, and every bidder who returns one gets 100% of their bid back in $CRO
We'll never ask you to sign, connect your wallet, or send anything.
To get your NFT back, or to return one and get your bid refunded, open a ticket in the Ebisu's Bay Discord: discord.gg/SpfUaBKvKT
Every affected wallet and every completed refund and return is tracked here: docs.google.com/spreadsheets…
Our team will never DM you first.

I have to give flowers to the team and community: from start, first report made by @JacekCro in Discord , freezed the feature and limit the damage in under 17 minutes, applied fix, addedd future improvements, to full postmortem in under 3 hours
And we already started reaching out to both affected and persons that waked up with the NFTs
Humbled to be able to share this crazy ride called web3 with y’all!
Job’s not done, we’ll keep pushing! Heads up and keep building 👷
A task force operation is being set in place as well to track down the exploiter; will share any relevant informations with the right parties

WolfSWAP is not affected by this issue, and trading on WolfSWAP works as normal
Following the situation on Ebisu's Bay, a fix is underway, as well as an assessment and post-mortem
For updates, follow the official @EbisusBay account
Scrofo | WolfSwap 🐺🌙 retweeted
We are investigating a situation on @EbisusBay with the OFFERS made with GASLESS mode
Until further notice, please do not approve or create any offer!
Thank you. We will communicate more as we investigate the situation

I've done weekly Cronos news back then, and I'm staying out of that pond
But it seems @axldefi wants to pull it off each Sunday
Asked @DreamQC and @artikCRO what they think, and it went about as well as you'd expect
Should he do it?
Should I have Cronos news each Sunday on my telegram channel? 👀

Right now its a mix of personal thoughts and Wolfswap news, but I think having Cronos wide news could be helpful
