Closely followed will be many of the Southwestern states like Ogun, Ekiti... The predominant Igbo states don't rank tops for CKD and Dialysis. 2 Inasmuch as we are fighting against Fake drugs and Drinks... the top causes of CKD in Nigeria still remains conditions like High blood pressure, Diabetes , of course Nephrotoxic substances still play a huge role. The discourse of kidney problems , fake drugs and products has no iota of ethnicity and tribalism perpetrating it. It will be unfair to label any tribe as perpetrating and a sole cause of CKD in Nigeria. This is a wrong narrative to peddle. Let us fight the general fake drug narrative without throwing in ethnic and tribal undertones.
