Till the day that I die, I will cherish this.

While I'll always prefer Jack Mercer as Popeye, William Costello does have a couple of hilarious bits here and there during his time as the character. This one always kills me. XD

The VA is either David Coburn or David Gasman. I've seen some people say they are better than Jon Barnard, but I disagree. Barnard at least sounds like Garfield and a bit similar to Frank Welker's take. Coburn or Gasman sound too light and whispery. It's very distracting.

Imo, I think Billy West's Bugs got better after Space Jam, probably due to him getting much better direction than what the crew in SJ were giving him. His performance on games like Bugs Bunny: Lost in Time, Looney Tunes Racing & especially Space Race is top notch!

By this point, Joe, Greg, Bob and Jim Cummings were the go-to VAs for the characters, but I found out about this and I'm still trying to understand what was this mindset. XD

Rob has said that he didn't hate voicing Bubsy though. (22:11) youtu.be/NE1rKTVDJYY?is=SVn7…

A few hours ago I saw this early version of "Rescue Squad Mater" and I have to say, the final version is definitely superior. However, that ending gag was gold. I wish they kept it in the final version. I also love the titles being based off the Disney Cartoons Title Cards.

Been seeing some Cars posts on my tl so why not join in? The gag at the end of "Rescue Squad Mater" always kills me. What did they do to Keith Ferguson in the recording booth? XD

During that time, Jeff Bergman had stopped voicing the Looney Tunes characters due to reluctance to move to LA. (He was from Pittsburgh) It wasn't until 2008 where he moved to LA where he started to return to the series. He confirmed it in this interview.

FINALLY, I GOT PEAK!!! I'm so happy right now!
