Going for a hike? Load what3words on your cellphone in case you get lost or hurt- we can find you! This is an invaluable tool and it’s free!
What can three words do for you? They may just save your life. In 2021, St. Catharines Fire Department launched its use of what3words, an app that uses words and a grid to locate a person’s device and locate someone who is lost. This is a great tool to have during an emergency.
ALT A screen on someone's cell phone displaying what3words.
