Can’t decide how to do Mad Hatter. Tetch would be the first Hatter with the Alice/hypnosis gimmick, then retire/reform before a new Hatter takes over. The new Hatter has a weaponized hat and wants Batman’s cowl. Might switch them around tbh. #DC #DCComics #DC_Comics #Batman
