ALT Securecell will be present at #RAFT15 (Recent Advances in Fermentation Technology) in Naples, Florida from Oct 29 to Nov 1, 2023. Pascal Vonlanthen will give a speech on integrated solutions, transitioning PAT from concept to reality with #Numera® and #Lucullus®. In his presentation, Pascal will showcase impressive application examples of our automated sampling system, #Numera®, and the digital management of samples from bioprocesses using our comprehensive software solution, #Lucullus®. ALT The presented work shows a new application of Numera® in high-throughput development using the Roche Custom Biotech Cedex BioHT analyzer and the Sartorius Ambr® 250 HT multiparallel bioreactor system. ALT The Upstream (USP) Manufacturing Science and Technology (MSAT) department at Teva Pharmaceuticals in the city of Ulm, in the German state of Baden-Württemberg (referred to as Teva in the following text) is relying on the Lucullus® software to monitor and control different bioprocessing units, associated peripherals, and analytical devices from different vendors. This article presents the Lucullus® installation at Teva, highlights workflow improvements through user stories, and exemplifies centralized process and data management with experimental results.
