We must not forget that in the last three years Israel has killed more journalists than were killed in World War I and Il, American Civil War, Korea, Vietnam, Yugoslavia, and Afghanistan combined.

Shocking but not surprising ... leaseholders burned out of their homes, stuck in unsuitable temporary accommodation, still paying full whack for homes they cannot return to.
Hey @LabourParty
Please fix this before you subsidise the failing housing developers!!!

Just for clarity, the pension triple lock is not three increases. It is one increase based on three factors.
1. A minimum of 2.5%
2. The average annual wage growth
3. Or annual inflation
Despite a lock the payment remains a comparative pittance.
Don’t let @andyburnham con you.

But it is the people who live here that make our communities in Westmorland so special.

SHAKESPEARE OAK.
Planted by Dame Edith Evans, D.B.E., for the Society for Theatre Research on April 23rd, 1964, to commemorate the Shakespeare Quatercentenary and to replace the oak planted by Samuel Phelps nearby on April 23rd, 1864.
