42 days ago I celebrated getting under 300 lbs Today I stepped on the scale and saw 275.4 lbs 😮‍💨💪🏾 February 18th: 325.6 lbs Today: 275.4 lbs 50.2 POUNDS GONE. Next stop: 250 lbs. The man I needed to become is finally starting to show up.

Today is like any other day. Wake up, train, work 12+ hours, coach at my youth performance facility, then go to sleep. Half of my pay is taken by the government at gunpoint, that’s a given. No point getting upset by elections no matter what side you’re on. You being mad won’t change anything. Whatever this country becomes, you either need to fight or adapt. What Covid taught us is that none of us are going to fight. It is what it is.

It’s crazy how one minute you feel like the sky’s the limit, then nothing even changes but you’re in your own head trying to find that spark again. I used to beat myself up over that. Now I’m learning it’s okay. Those seasons are part of life too. Still growing through it.
