$1438 realized this week. Spent this week regrouping. Most underlyings deep in the red; I’ve chosen to sell calls below my price short term for better premium. I’ve weighed the risk & am ok with it. New CSPs sold out into next week/November. Trying to break from the weeklies.
Normally a weekend prep dish, but I recruited my DH to help. Will divide and freeze, but we enjoyed homemade meatballs, hot Italian sausage and spaghetti tonight for dinner. Nothing fancy but we love it! Slow braise for 4 hours in the oven. The pan has to weigh 20lbs!

Instead of criticizing folks that might be in a tough spot with their tickers, perhaps take the time to help them navigate the rough waters. We don’t know how they are dealing emotionally, financially or spiritually even.
Focus on your journey and ask yourself why it gives you great satisfaction to see others struggle. What happened that hardened your heart so much?
Think on that and Don’t be a douche. The stats of folks taking their lives on big drawdowns is startling to say the least.

$2243 realized this week. The rug pull killed that in unrealized losses though. Down around 5% overall from this bloodbath. Lots of rolling out. Tied up capital. 17 weeks of bliss, I finally got kicked in the teeth. Always learning. Regrouping. Too tech heavy. Some bad names.

$2537 premiums realized this week. Was reminded the market doesn’t care what I think. Rolled 2 $SOXL puts into next week for a credit. I hate doing that b/c I view it as a loss. I tried to do too much. 4 month total premiums collected $39,518. I need to refocus. Always learning.
