Freeman EUS biopsy course (this time with the correct dates)
Still places if interested. For fellows and consultants.
If you feel you’re comfortable but not getting the most out of your EUS procedures, or if you want to delve a bit deeper into the detail - consider this course, 2 of the trainers are absolutely excellent! @OlympusMedUKIE #eus #training
If you’re involved in pancreatic cysts in 🇬🇧 please have a look and get involved. 👍🏽💥💪🏽

Congrats to Dr Graham Baker for performing the first EUS-PPG at @WorcsAcuteNHS today, Thanks to @herdaye46722 and @CookMedical for on site support and training.
Glad to mentor the first case. For hub and spoke services, a full diagnostic work up offered locally is essential.

We recently performed an EUS CDD in a small duct using the push-pull technique with wire traction. This reinforces the value of teamwork & debriefing. Sharing a video debrief with my colleague Roderick discussing the steps, challenges, and key learning points. #GITwitter
Highly recommend all 3!!!

...what more could you ask for?! How about some photo highlights

Some of you leave social media platforms- leaving the relevant site to stay unchallenged.
Your reasons are sometimes valid- sometimes its an excuse to avoid scrutiny
Yet some of us stay to battle racism and other issues- as we don't believe in echo-chambers
This is how much the Overton window has shifted- and you do not shift it back by exiting and conceding ground.
A journalist- who has 'great care' from the #NHS then asks where all the 'White Britons' are
And something for a lot of leaders to mull about- their lack of spine in standing up and tackling this issue.
Because their desire to stay in the job, in the tent- or stay relevant is tied with what they are told to do.
Don't laud me for being 'brave' and 'outspoken'
Do it with me- and raise the collective voice.
#NHS staff deserve far better than your silence of complicity.
Powerpoints and hashtags mean nothing when you fail to stand up.
Enjoy your weekend.
And have a think where you should raise your voice- and forget to do so.
