A youth player at LCS should be thinking, what exactly is the pathway for me? What am I groomed for? The senior team? If so, how many have come through the ranks and have made it to the senior side?

Role models - it comes with a position or power. Cause u may have an influence. With it comes a huge responsibility. Now - don't necessarily agree with it, but as soon as u agree to be in that position - it is what it is, you are a role model.

I remember the times when we played wonderful football for 90 minutes and lost games. I remember the times when we played against the big guns and were bullied. We we called soft. Totally true. But who's soft now? Many ways to win games. This is beautiful.

Common sense. Something that is not common today. Leaders - Decide. Take action. And be accountable.

I fear for what our youth players will do in the future. Sit on the bench, get called up to warm up, don't come on. Then just leave the team. And yeah, u will explain to the world in due time. This is the example the world's top players are showing. Coaches stick to your guns.

Not a good look for a club with a new name and apparently looking to move in a new direction. Coaches, stay firm and respect the profession - do not let anyone use your hard earned qualifications. And yes, don't care if u have played in a hundred world cups, toe the line.

Leaders and people in top positions in all sectors - the ability to Communicate is apparently not important.

Why do most coaches move around and take multiple sessions in a day? Coz the people running the show do not RESPECT the profession. Demand Quality, Integrity... But u gotta PAY them well. Coaches are educators. Treat them well.

There are trends in football and there's doing the right thing in the moment. Center backs, if your full backs get beaten, do u close down on the attacker or stay rooted and let the cross come in... And possibility of conceding a goal? Do the right thing.

It's been a masterclass in defence from Thailand. 4-2-4. Front 2 dropping deep and letting Spore's 2 CBs free. Suffocating the central areas and cutting out the passes to Shah, Kyoga and Jacob.

What is this back and forth with fans after a match rubbish? Win or lose, applaud and thank the fans. And leave. No need to explain anything. Do your post match analysis with the coach and team. Thats what matters.

Coaches, remember - Your role in a match is to help players solve problems on the pitch. There are ways to do this. Ridiculing, shouting incoherently and sticking to something that's not working aren't gonna do it. Managing players emotionally is a skill.
