Every friendship/relationship/ association is a give-and-take! It is NEVER a one-way street. People who think they have given so much (martyr complex), didn't the other person also give you something? An ear, empathy, time, care, motivation, support, encouragement, appreciation?

To get the results you haven't got so far, you must behave in a manner you haven't so far!

A lawyer friend of mine has a backache since one year. His gait is affected and so is his routine. But his attitude is so casual, he does not get it diagnosed. Does not get physiotherapy either. But he will adjust his entire routine around the back pain and keep complaining. ⚠️

Usually when support doesn't work, I try to send a legal notice which states the violation and the remedies you seek in a a fair manner within your rights. No advocate required, you can send in your own capacity. If things don't work out, I escalate them to consumer court. If you have a strong case, it's relatively easier to win that and also seek damages in litigation costs and mental harassment. I can help with the drafting of legal notice if required. I have made it work once a few years ago when I wasn't even studying law and now that I am officially enrolled in college so it's literally practical training for me πŸ™‚

I know many WELL EDUCATED people who when they are sick, simply pop the pills given to them by a doctor. Even if it is a major illness, they don't ask what has happened to them, what tests they have to take or the name of the medication. "Dr. ne dawai di hai" is all they know.πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™€οΈ

Zomato service is pathetic and Swiggy has many fake restaurant listings in Mumbai. It is not possible to cook daily. Is it time to bring back the good old dabba wallas?

Hey @zomato @zomatocare don't you train your delivery executives? Yesterday only one out of my 2 orders was picked up, today order is delayed by 45 mins and the delivery executive was showing just 3 mins away from my house for 45 mins, was not even sharing an update. What's this?
