We routinely assess for CD25 expression on BALL, to help address the possiblity of Ph+ or Ph-like phenotype. Most CD25 expressing cases we have seen correspond to IgH-CRLF2 rearrangement. Note, the CD25 expression here can be heterogeneous or very dim! #hemepath #flowcytometry
