We appreciate the "heavy lift" that went into adding a Fire, EMS, ECD Monument to the First Responder Memorial Circle.
At the heart of the labor, we kept in mind this is right thing to do for the fallen, their families and friends.
Lest we forget.
On this National First Responder Day we honor our Fire, Emergency Communications Department and Emergency Medical Services brothers and sisters who died in the line of duty.
Our First Responder Memorial Circle is all encompassing, with plans to honor Police and Probation in the near future.

New rule: Never follow Scott Hetsko on the microphone. He’s just too good and makes the rest of us look silly!
An absolute honor to share the stage with you today as we welcomed our veterans home alongside their families. Thank God for the opportunity to deliver today’s keynote.
Nothing beats the welcome home ceremony for @HonorFlightROC I was proud to be emcee for this humbling event. #roc #veteran
Good conversation with the ROC Community Table, convened by the Urban League of Rochester. Listening, learning, and building partnerships to address challenges facing our community. Multiple perspectives with a shared commitment to a stronger Monroe County.
Supporting NYSP’s Signal 30 Benefit Fund! Inspired by former Yankee Jim Abbott (and that’s coming from a Red Sox fan!). His powerful message on leadership, overcoming adversity, and family really hit home. Thank you, Jim! #Signal30 #JimAbbott

A perfect morning at Braddock Bay! Up before daylight, setting decoys and enjoying a great duck hunt with my son Kevin and his friends.

Great to welcome Director Ahern to MCSO and showcase the RIOC, leadership, and new technology. A decorated Army veteran and Bronze Star recipient, he brings tremendous experience. We value this partnership in keeping our communities safe.
