I think this is why people tend to stick with exaggerated or very feminine features when drawing. When you start trying to do realistic average faces, especially in these days, you can spark a debate like this.

I fully believe both sides saying they knew guys and girls that look like that. Something to keep in mind when you try to do more average looking faces. You can end up making some people feel really insecure.
