I AM GOING TO BE BRUTALLY HONEST BUT JUST KNOW ITS NO HARD FEELINGS AT ALL 1. the quality of the render looks like it came out in 2010 2. The audio. I'm a BIG sfx guy and really just can't stand when clips are silent. 1:26 in and the audio levels are all over the place. I would much rather hear a repetitive sound effect added in than nothing at all, or the shot only being in one ear etc. 3. Screen pumps are a little too aggressive imo 4. Minor nitpick here: I am not a fan of SL clips on old gen. I understand that's how they're played nowadays especially on the games without ports but I personally just would rather not see them at all. (very hot take) 5. The ending felt very odd, the closer was fucking insane but the way it was edited felt anti-climatic to me. These are all critiques I have without even rewatching Psyqo vid. I will now be watching theirs and I'll type up why I liked theirs more. Again, it's no hard feelings, but I have been judging the videos as a whole package, not just the clips. Most if not all critiques I am giving you for why teams or squads didn't qualify are things I've DM'd people about when they ask me why they didn't qualify or how they could do better! NEXT MESSAGE SENT: Psyqo watch: 1. The little intro sequence they did was a very refreshing thing to see while sitting through all of the responses. Had a very enjoyable charm to it imo 2. Opener is fucking ridiculous, single to trip head for game winner on bo2 3. Quality of the render is legible, Relic's felt pixelated at times 4. SFX are on point 5. Edit is smoother 6. Your guys' variety is definitely better, I'll give you that 7. Closer is one of the silliest 6v6 clips i've seen on bo7, that spot for a quad on that map in hordepoint after they took it off featured is nuts 8. I am a very rare breed where I actually really enjoy newgen cods in videos (unless its vanguard, i fucking hate that game) I'm sure if you had more knowledge of BO7 clips you could appreciate how fucked some of them are, 3:43 as an example. 9. If you put a gun to my head and told me I had to pick a video to rewatch, I am picking Psyqo's response everyday of the week. We are not told how to judge in anyway so, since the beginning, I have judged the videos as a WHOLE. I'm sure you could find plenty of people that would say your guys' clips are better but clips are not the end all be all.
