They exist as a containment op run by an RCMP informant. Active Clubs were growing too much for the authorities to be comfortable so they spun up second sons, coopting the AC model to contain the young men who were joining.

I'll believe they're real when they do something beneficial and substantial, not gay hiking photo ops. Your manlet leader literally admitted to being an informant and they do background checks. At least Active Clubs were explicitly NS. Wake me up when you put on the skull masks
