*Stock Market Circuit Breakers*
Circuit breakers halt trading in US stock markets during dramatic drops and are set at *7%, 13%, and 20%* of the closing price for the previous day. The circuit breakers are calculated daily.
*Level 1 halt (-7%)*
Trading will halt for 15 minutes if drop occurs before 3:25p.m.
At or after 3:25p.m.—trading shall continue, unless there is a Level 3 halt.
*Level 2 halt (-13%)*
Trading will halt for 15 minutes if drop occurs before 3:25 p.m.
At or after 3:25 p.m.—trading shall continue, unless there is a Level 3 halt.
*Level 3 halt (-20%)*
At any time during the trading day—trading will halt for the remainder of the trading day.

Is it safe to ‘buy the dip’ yet?
Heading into November I think the selloff in $NBIS, $CRWV and $IREN is getting a bit extreme when $NVDA B300 rental prices are up 52% since May and even older H100s are getting more expensive to rent.
Meanwhile AI token prices have fallen more than half from their peak which tells you a lot about where real pricing power sits in AI economy.
And while market worries about financing IREN just secured $363M against contracted GPUs and Nebius expects over $9B in customer prepayments which shows capital is still available for operators with real demand.
