For months we’ve been told Kim Soo Hyun “pursued” Kim Sae Ron.
Okay. Show me the pursuit.
Because the communications presented tell an interesting story.
She had to identify herself before he answered her call. Her number wasn’t saved. The call lasted around three minutes.
She contacted him.
She wrote to him.
She sought access to his circle through his brother, presenting the reason as wanting acting help/advice.
And let’s add some context people conveniently leave out: by 2018–2019, she had already been acting professionally for years with a substantial résumé. She also had her own dating life.
She had a career. Relationships. Choices. Agency.
Yet somehow:
She reaches out → he pursued her.
She writes him → he pursued her.
She seeks contact → he pursued her.
We’re reading the arrows backwards.
And yes, based on the sequence of events, I believe the acting-advice approach was a pretense used to gain access to his circle and eventually to him. That’s my interpretation—not something I can prove was her private motive.
