Testing a product is EASIER than you think
Nobody’s asking you to reinvent the wheel
You don’t need 20 customer personas and a 3-hour brainstorm session
You just need:
- A proven angle
- 10–20 creative variations
- A good offer
And the balls to spend
Facebook decides what works
Your job is to feed the machine
I made a full SOP that shows exactly how I test products step by step

Imagine still logging into your BM to check fb ad comments😹
Telegram bot instantly notifies me when i receive one
Claude can automatically handle them for you also obviously
But i like reading comments to see how my audience is interpreting the ads🤓
Dropping guides on this kind of stuff in my Telegram channel:
t.me/Ecom_Hustlers
I made a FULL DETAILED GUIDE on how to do this. It’s inside my Telegram channel🫡

i've spent an unhealthy amount of time creating ecom ads with ai, here's everything i learned:
the fastest way to $100k days in ecom is to copy what's working in the market
this playbook is everything you need to know about writing winning ads with AI:
1. an ad research tool to find competitor creatives
2. claude + mcp to analyze them and write scripts
3. turning those scripts into ugc videos
1. open trend tracking tool and find your niche
open trend tracking tool and look for your niche, then filter for ads that launched in the last 30 days, truly recommend gethookd for this (not sponsored, it’s a really good tool)
2. connect your tool to Claude through MCP
paste this prompt:
"Find active ads in [NICHE] that launched in the last 30 days. Analyze their hooks, target audiences, selling angles and customer pain points. Group similar ads together and include source links for every example."
3. find new angles and generate scripts
give Claude your product URL and paste:
"Analyze my product: [URL]. Compare it against the competitor ads you found. Identify 3 promising angles that appear underused in this sample. For each angle, write a 30-second UGC ad script with a strong 3-second hook, natural conversational delivery, product benefits and a clear CTA. Only use product claims supported by the information provided."
4. save all the scripts in one folder, go through them and keep the good ones while deleting the bad ones
just say:
“find every ad script in this project and move them all into one folder: /scripts”
edit anything that needs improvement, then upload the revised scripts back to Claude and explain what you changed, what you deleted and why
this way Claude can learn from your feedback and apply it to future batches, so you won't have to keep fixing the same mistakes over and over again
5. generate the ads
take your scripts to any tool you like and use this prompt as a starting point:
"Create a realistic UGC-style video of a person speaking directly to their phone camera. Natural facial expressions, subtle hand gestures, authentic conversational delivery, realistic lighting and slight handheld camera movement. The video should feel like an organic social media post, not a polished commercial."
just like that in 60 seconds you have dozens of new winner ads with actual research behind them

Your competitors already made your next winning ad. You’re just not STEALING it.
A brand doesn’t run an ad for 6 months unless it’s printing money.
I built a system in Claude Code that finds those ads, breaks down why they work and rebuilds them for my product. Statics AND video.
Q4 is won on creative volume. This is how you get it..
I wrote it all down in one PDF.

The comments on my ads look fake, but in a good way lol
Customers have gotten smarter
Everyone commenting "got mine" to fight the noshippers🤣
Your Claude is writing you TRASH ads
“Make me 5 ads” and you get the same generic AI slop every brand is already running
That’s not a Claude problem. That’s a you problem.
I wrote a 75 page document that turns Claude into a senior 7 figure creative strategist
Angles, hooks, scripts, statics, landing pages. All of it.
Upload it once and Claude never writes like a robot again

Quick tip on something I see go wrong all the time when testing angles
Your landing page needs to match your ad
A lot of you make 5 new ads with completely different angles and send them all to the exact same product page. Then wonder why it's not converting.
Someone clicks an ad talking about one thing, lands on a page talking about something else, and they click away. Obviously.
Quick fix. Duplicate your landing page and match it to the angle.
Targeting an older audience? Swap the images so they see older people using the product.
Testing a black avatar instead of a white one? Change the images and the UGC videos on the page.
Running a gift angle? Make the copy about gifting, not about themselves.
It needs to match what they just saw in the ad. Barely takes any effort but it makes a big difference in conversion.
Stop blaming Meta this Q4 because YOU are the problem
The product you KILLED, i would've SCALED
$200 CPMs and $3 CPCs is normal in 2026
My new store looked exactly like that on day 1
Day 4 it was at $25 CPMs and ROAS 4
The difference is I know what to do when it looks like shit
I recorded a quick video showing exactly how I turned it around

This student started from complete 0 not too long ago
Literally not knowing how to build a store or use the Meta ads manager lol
He learned the basics and came back to me to work on the important things
Hit his first $1k day after 2 months🔥
First big W. This is a needed public appreciation. have been working with @SimScaler learning the ecom ropes from a-z. Seriously an a-z in 2 mth. He’s honest; patient, cares & is really a great coach. Reach out to him. I’m not getting a cut or commission from this post. Bless🙏

Q4 IS ALMOST HERE!!
Fun fact i just realised i launched both my brands in september/october 2024 and 2025
This month is the best time to find your winning product and warm everything up
Then in November December you can already be at nice volume
3 years ago I was washing dishes to fund my failing general store
Today I'm running brands doing $20K+ days
No help. No shortcuts. I learned everything the hard way
I wrote a short breakdown of my full ecom story and every BIG MISTAKE I made along the way
If you're still struggling right now this will hit home and show you what to avoid

The BIGGEST mistake people make in CBO campaigns
You turn off your biggest spender because it has a bad ROAS
Then your whole account dies and you have no clue why
That ad was feeding everything. Turn off the tap and every profitable campaign below it dries up.
If every ad you run has a great ROAS, that's not a flex. That's why you can't scale.
I broke the whole thing down in a quick Loom video
