I’m French. I want to talk to Americans who are about to vote Democrat. Not to insult you. To warn you.
I come from your future.
In France we did everything your progressive politicians promise. Free healthcare, free college, generous welfare, strong unions, heavy regulation, high taxes on the rich, a state that takes care of everything. Public spending close to 57% of GDP, one of the highest on the planet. On paper, it’s the dream.
Here’s what it looks like from the inside. France hasn’t passed a balanced budget since 1974. Our debt is above 3,300 billion euros. Interest on that debt is becoming one of the biggest items in the national budget. Our hospitals are collapsing despite record funding. Our schools rank lower every year. Young people with degrees can’t afford an apartment in the city they were born in. Our best engineers leave for London, Zurich and San Francisco. And the rich you wanted to tax? They left too, and took the jobs with them.
The promise was protection. The result is stagnation.
The worst part is that nobody in France voted for decline. Every single step sounded generous, compassionate, reasonable. One more program. One more regulation. One more tax to fund it. Each step alone makes sense. Fifty years of them, and you wake up in a country that can no longer build a nuclear plant on time or keep its streets safe.
I love America because it’s the one place on earth where people still believe they can build something from nothing. I came to Silicon Valley as a self-taught kid and it changed my life. That spirit is the most precious thing your country has.
Before you vote, ask yourself one question: is the program you’re voting for making America more like America, or more like France?
Trust me. You don’t want to be France.
On a ri.

This is probably the most significant evidence that @jamestalarico was actually at @LindnerCtrHope. Let me explain...
My oldest sister is the administrator of the largest hospital in this city. She's literally been in the medical field for the better part of 35 years. We spoke on this matter last evening. Keep in mind, she is completely uninterested in politics. I explained the entire set of events as they have unfolded.
Quoting her verbatim:
"In no world would a medical facility/treatment center post something like that on social media unless they were coordinating with a campaign. Legal department would never authorize such.
Why would they even care about a politician from another state WHO HAS NEVER BEEN TREATED THERE? Ask yourself that! If one of my employees inadvertently gave out private information, there is protocol. First, you reach out to legal. They will immediately shut down any contact with the media, essentially becoming the spokesmen of the hospital. All public statements will come from and through them. This is the way situations like this are always handled.
The idea that this facilty would go to social media and post something favoring one candidate or another reeks of politics. Accordingly, the post must be viewed as such.
If said facility is willing to go this far, they have a vested interest in the outcome. Even if this person signed a waiver, the legal department would never authorize such a public post. This was done by someone who clearly wants to affect the outcome of that election. All things considered, I find that post to be untrustworthy applicable to it's veracity. In other words, he was most likely there...and they are trying to help put the fire out."
Yes, she really speaks like that. 👍

On this day—October 12, 2000
The Ramallah lynching.
Two Israeli reservists took a wrong turn. Yossi Avrahami, a 38-year-old toy salesman, and Vadim Nurzhitz, a 33-year-old truck driver, were heading to their unit near Beit El in a civilian Ford Escort. They took a wrong turn and ended up in Palestinian Authority-controlled Ramallah.
PA police stopped them, but instead of turning them around, the officers took them to the police station in el-Bireh. Rumors spread that Israelis were being held there, and more than 1,000 Palestinians descended on the station and began calling for their execution.
They stormed the station, found the two Israelis and began beating, stabbing, and mutilating them. Aziz Salha later described entering the room: “We were in a craze to see blood … I saw an Israeli soldier sprawled on the floor … a knife lodged in his back … I removed the knife and stabbed him … I put my hand over his mouth … to strangle him.”
He then walked to the window, hands and shirt soaked in blood, and waved at the baying crowd below. An Italian television crew captured it, and broadcast the images to the world. One of the bodies was thrown from that same window, and the mob immediately started stomping on and beating him. The other man was shot and set on fire. Once they were unrecognizable as humans, the crowd dragged their bodies through the streets to Al-Manara Square for an impromptu celebration.
British photographer Mark Seager arrived in time to see a body being hauled by the feet, lower half on fire, head “a pulp, like a red jelly.” He reached for his camera, but the mob stormed him with punches. They smashed his equipment and shouted, “no picture.” He later wrote: “It was the most horrible thing that I have ever seen and I have reported from Congo, Kosovo, many bad places … There was such hatred … It was murder of the most barbaric kind. When I think about it, I see that man’s head, all smashed. I know that I’ll have nightmares for the rest of my life.”
A Palestinian police officer, Raed Sheikh, later admitted he took an iron pipe into the room and struck one of the still-living Israelis across the body and head. “The soldier began making a grunting noise.”
This was not “resistance.” It was a deliberate, ecstatic, public slaughter of two Israeli men who had taken a wrong turn, carried out in broad daylight by a Palestinian mob.
The image of Salha’s bloody hands became a defining photograph. Salha was later arrested, convicted of murder, sentenced to life, released in the 2011 Gilad Shalit deal, and finally killed in an Israeli strike in Gaza in 2024.
Decades later, Hollywood celebrities and other professional virtue-signalers put on red hand pins. They call it a “ceasefire” symbol. To anyone who lived through October 2000 or who otherwise knows anything about the history of the conflict, those pins are not ambiguous. They are a stylized recreation of the exact gesture a murderer used to show a cheering crowd the blood of the Jews he had just helped butcher. The useful idiots who wear them either do not know, or they do know and have decided the image is aesthetic. Either way, it is a disgrace.

Hola, soy palestino. 🇵🇸
1947. La ONU me ofreció un estado. Junto a Israel. Fronteras, independencia, reconocimiento.
Me dio autonomía.
¿Democracia? No he tenido elecciones en casi 20 años.

It’s wild watching the modern right decry the collapse of Western civilization while completely ignoring who built the culture they’re complaining about
For decades, male-driven secular and counter-cultural movements chipped away at traditional social norms
But it wasn't until women stepped into those exact same spaces, the narrative suddenly shifted from "individual freedom" to "civilizational decay"
When 90s male rappers glorified explicit lifestyle choices, slapping hoes and fucking bitches, it was defended as raw free speech and artistic expression. But when pop singers like Sabrina Carpenter lean into the same exaggerated sexual tropes, it’s labeled a moral catastrophe destroying young women
When Howard Stern made countless disgusting jokes, including asking why the Columbine shooters didn't sexually assault victims before killing themselves - it was framed as just shock humor and free expression. But when hosts like Alex Cooper have similar conversations about sex and modern dating on Call Her Daddy, it’s evidence of societal collapse
When secular men avoid marriage, it’s rationalized as smart: "Marriage is a legal trap; protect your assets." But when women opt out of marriage, it’s framed as a selfish, unnatural war on the family unit
When men pursue casual sex, it’s dismissed as biology: "Men are wired that way." But when women participate in hookup culture, they’re accused of corrupting society’s moral fabric
When men abandoned religion, they were celebrated as rational thinkers breaking free from superstition. When women abandon religion, they’re blamed for destroying community values and spiritual order
The modern right spent years actively protecting the secular men who planted the seeds of moral corruption and are now blaming the harvest on women
Even the pushback at the time was weaponized against women. When religious women raised concerns about the hyper-sexualized, male-dominated media that was brainwashing young people into making bad choices, mainstream culture mocked them with caricatures like The Simpsons' Helen Lovejoy ("Will somebody please think of the children!")
Yes, women do often think of the children. Shocker.
It was men who didn't want to think of the children, and now the children have grown into a new generation of angry, lonely young men who are mad at women for the very problems women tried to protect them from
If we had simply held men to the same moral and social standards that were always demanded of women, half of these "cultural crises" wouldn't exist today
FFS men voted mostly Democrat for the first 60-70 years after the 19th Amendment (women leaned Republican) but voting Democrat didn't become a problem until women started doing it
"Secular morality for me, Christian morality for thee" is the modern right wing discourse on gender
Until the right has the balls to hold men to the same moral standards as women, these problems will always exist
But they won't do that
The right coddles men the same way the left coddles black people
Seriously listen to any wokester talking about black men and racism, then just omit the word "black" and swap "racism" out for "feminism" and the rhetoric is indistinguishable

In June of 2024, Louise Hunt broke up with her boyfriend, a man named Kyle Clifford, after he humiliated her at a friend’s wedding. She was kinder than he deserved, and even messaged him the next day to thank him for the time they’d shared. His return text was warm and friendly, with no hint of anger.
Thirteen days later, she was dead — and so were her mother and sister, all of them murdered by Kyle Clifford in a spasm of misogynistic rage. The day before the killings, he psyched himself up for his murderous mission by mainlining Andrew Tate videos; in the preceding days, he’d purchased a crossbow, a 10-inch butcher knife, and the rope he used to tie up Louise so that he could rape her before he killed her. The coward even made sure to strike when Louise’s father would be away, and texted him from Louise’s phone during the crime to be doubly sure.
That sort of craven behavior is typical of abusive men: like Tate himself, they have no problem with committing violence against women, but would never try to bully a man unless they felt sure they could kick his ass.
Kyle Clifford didn’t kill Louise because she broke his heart. He’d been cheating on her for their entire relationship, and went out with another woman in the 13 days between their breakup and the murders. He killed her because she broke away from his control, and he murdered her mother and her sister because they helped her do it.
After they broke up, Louise made a list of all the ways in which Kyle had made her feel small and humiliated. It wasn’t a short list. Unfortunately, he was able to trick her into thinking that he’d handled the breakup like an adult, while the entire time, he was planning to end her life.

Then I went home after 14 hours and watched the people on here argue about whether voting is beneath them and trying to convince people to sit this one out.
