The number of properties a platform tokenizes isn't necessarily a measure of its success. I'd rather know: 1) Are the properties worth investing in?
2) Are the legal structures clear?
3) Are investors receiving what they were promised?
4) Can they understand the risks? Real estate tokenization needs more than issuance numbers. It needs substance.

So, no, fractional ownership doesn't automatically mean you don't own anything. But it doesn't mean every token gives you direct ownership of a building, either. The real question isn't whether your ownership is fractional. It's whether your rights are clearly defined, legally supported and worth what you're paying for them.
