I’m sorry to announce that The Simpson Report, the show I host on Friday evenings, has been cancelled indefinitely. Over the past 19 episodes we’ve had the privilege of interviewing countless individuals from the world of politics and shining a light on many important topics. When I launched The Simpson Report I had big ambitions for the show, but unfortunately it is no longer possible to continue hosting it. You’ll still be seeing plenty from me on @GBPolitcs. We’re in the process of launching our TikTok page, and you can also keep an eye out for some important independent journalism projects from me in the near future… Thank you for your support.

It's been great to go fishing recently and take some time away from social media. I've still been running the operation over at @GBPolitcs, and I look forward to my return show on the Simpson Report.

Andrew has said in an interview with GB News today, regarding my exclusive, that he would likely lose his seat to Reform UK and that he wouldn’t mind working with Nigel Farage.

Andrew Rosindell was approached by Reform UK to defect—that's something I've had very much confirmed by party sources. I was told he was defecting tomorrow morning in a press conference with Farage. Sky News has now said that he won’t be defecting, so it looks like we will have to wait and see.

EXCLUSIVE: Andrew Rossindell has been invited to defect to Reform UK. Reform UK has approached Andrew Rossindell, the Conservative MP for Romford, to switch to the party tomorrow. The long-time Conservative is now expected to announce his switch at a press conference tomorrow morning, with Reform UK leader Nigel Farage and policy lead Zia Yusuf. One source close to the talks told me: "Andrew believes the Conservative Party is dead-a sinking ship with no hope of recovery."

Yesterday, I conducted one of the most significant interviews of my journey as an independent journalist. I spoke with Tal Hartuv, an Israeli tour guide who endured a horrific ordeal as a hostage of terrorists and witnessed the tragic death of her friend. Tal Hartuv, survived a brutal machete attack by two Palestinian terrorists in December 2010 near Jerusalem. During the attack, her friend Kristine Luken was tragically murdered. Hartuv sustained severe injuries, including 13 machete wounds, over 30 broken bones, a collapsed lung, a crushed sternum, a broken shoulder blade, bone splinters in her lungs and diaphragm, and a sliced diaphragm. I also understand that Sadiq Khan would view him as an ideal candidate to succeed him. The next general election may occur before 2028, making it ideal timing for Wes Streeting.

Sadiq Khan does not intend to stand for re-election in 2028.

EXCLUSIVE: Wes Streeting, the Health Secretary, is considering running as the Labour candidate for Mayor of London in 2028. A source close to Wes Streeting informed me that he wants to position himself as a fresh face for the Labour candidacy for Mayor of London, believing he can challenge Reform UK and win votes from diverse communities.

NEW: U.S. President Donald Trump has departed Air Force One at Stansted Airport in the UK for his historic second state visit.

Additionally, one school in York issued the following statement after the guidance.

EXCLUSIVE: The Department for Education has issued guidance to schools across the United Kingdom, directing them to strictly prohibit support for the “Raise the Colours” movement. Since the campaign’s launch, the government has instructed schools not to endorse it and to actively discourage student participation.

EXCLUSIVE: Reform UK may lose its first council administration in Leicestershire. Leicestershire County Council, currently controlled by Reform UK as a minority administration, is at risk of a leadership change. Both the Conservative and Liberal Democrat groups have issued an ultimatum to Reform UK, demanding the removal of Dan Harrison as council leader by the end of the year. Failure to comply will result in a coalition between the Conservative and Liberal Democrat groups, effectively ending Reform UK's control of the council. Sources within the council reveal that the Conservative deputy leader is reluctant to proceed with the coalition but is willing to do so to remove Dan Harrison from leadership. Since Reform UK gained control of the council, Dan Harrison's leadership has been marked by limited public engagement, with reports of behind-the-scenes maneuvering within the Reform group. There are a growing number of Reform councillors who are now contemplating a vote of no confidence in Harrison to preserve the party's control of the council.

I received numerous messages accusing me of lying when I shared my exclusive report on Ben Habib and Elon Musk. Less than a day later, it’s clear I was right—my sources were spot-on.

EXCLUSIVE: Elon Musk has held talks with Ben Habib, the leader of Advance UK. I can exclusively reveal that Mr. Musk and Mr. Habib are actively collaborating. Elon Musk has also been communicating with Rupert Lowe and is closely following Restore Britain, a movement led by Mr. Lowe.

EXCLUSIVE: Essex County Council has partnered with the counter-terrorism organisation Prevent in preparation for the Epping protests over anti-migration concerns. My team and I have received a leaked PowerPoint presentation that was shown to every elected councillor in Essex County Council. The PowerPoint contains information regarding "far-right" activity in Essex and addresses growing concerns (pictured below). Our team has been investigating this over the past few weeks. A list of names, political parties, and groups was also presented to the councillors. It is important to understand that Essex County Council had prepared for these protests with the government and had been monitoring local activity weeks in advance. We have attached additional slides from the PowerPoint below.

EXCLUSIVE: Advance UK is on the verge of reaching 30,000 paid members, I can reveal. Ben Habib is expected to make the announcement soon, and the party will apply to the Electoral Commission for party status. Advance UK sources tell me that the party is prepared to fight the next general election with full force and intends to field 650 candidates.

A source inside Leicestershire County Council tells me that two weeks ago, a heated meeting of the Reform UK group took place in a committee room, where shouting was heard between the leader and deputy. Shortly afterward, Councillor Boam walked out, followed by several other councillors.
