The plane was already there, just got transfered to MoHSS. It could still be in garage and the necessities will still be in shortage, none has an effect on the other.

It wasnโt a priority right now seeing that we donโt have basic necessities in the hospitals.
That's our own problem bro, has nothing to do with Dangote project. The man wants his own things.

Question is, are we utilizing it to its full capacity? Or itโs becoming another Nekertal Dam?
It hurts the tax payers who keep paying for it whilst not in full use.
Who does it hurt to have more than one? It says a pipeline will be built to Otjiwarongo and then Botswana, sha uka ngoo oko.

Ano donโt we already have a fuel storage that is under Namcorโs management? Is it an issue of capacity? Iโm lost
I don't know but what is mankind a difference anywhere?

President Says Dangote Project Will Be Fast Tracked
President Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah said the government has placed the Dangote Namibia tank farm and regional pipeline project under the Office of the President to ensure its implementation is not delayed by bureaucratic processes.
Speaking at the official launch of the project in Walvis Bay, the President said she met Dangote Group Chairman Aliko Dangote for the first time on 19 June 2025, following his commitment to visit Namibia after missing her inauguration in March 2025.
She said the two discussed the need for an urgent investment to supply fuel to southern Namibia and landlocked neighbouring countries, including parts of the Democratic Republic of Congo.
The President said she directed the National Planning Commission through its Director General, Ambassador Kaire Munionganda, to oversee the project to ensure it progresses without unnecessary delays.
She added that Namibia had previously lost investment opportunities due to bureaucratic processes and said she was determined to prevent the same from happening to the Dangote project. @DangoteGroup @AlikoDangote @NamPresidency @MinistryofIT @MIMEnamibia @africaupdates
