We’ve got the API. You bring the agents. 🤖🛠️ Start building today.
When we launched Slack Code, partners and customers alike all had the same question: “Can I bring my own agent to the party?” Good news, friends: the answer is yes. 🎉 Today, the Slack Code API is generally available, allowing your agents to work in code channels with diffs, previews, and plans. At any point along the way, your team can step in, add context, and approve changes — all with the permissions and admin controls you already know. Start building: sforce.co/4e2SAYG

Replying to @AbhinavTumu
Stopping an agent session (native Stop button) fires an agent_session_stopped event your app handles via agents.sessions.setStatus. More on that is here: docs.slack.dev/reference/eve… For now though, no separate "stop" API to call yourself — it's event-driven. MCP tool equivalent isn't defined yet, so don't rely on that path for now. More soon on it hopefully!
